- Every academic year, pupils from St. Charles – UKG are admitted to Std. I. For other classes, admissions are subject to vacancy. No girl/boy less than 51/2 years of age (as on 1st June) is admitted to Std. I. For fresh admissions, an original Birth Certificate is required. An affidavit will not be accepted.
- No admission is complete until the Transfer Certificate from the last recognized school attended is produced, counter signed by the Educational Officer of the place/state if the pupil comes from another state.
- The School does not accept donations in cash or kind at the time of admission.
- The School does not entertain recommendations for admissions from any source
- The Management reserves the right to refuse any application without having to assign reasons for their actions.
- Name of the student may be struck off the roll after one month of absence without prior intimation and non payment of fees within two months. Re-admission in such cases will be necessary.
