St Charles English High School is an academically select school; however the education we offer extends far beyond the academic. We focus on providing opportunities for each student to develop skills that will support them whilst at our campus.
The aim of our school is to provide unmatched qualitative education par excellence: to develop the best that is latent in children and to encourage the child to explore and revel in the joy of learning. The mind and the spirit of the children have to be awakened to look for, search and learn whatever is new to them. The curriculum is linked from the primary level and is closely monitored providing the best opportunity for students to develop academic skills and gradually expand knowledge.
In these 55 years, the school has scaled the heights of progress and it is with perseverance and hard work that the pinnacle of success is ever within reach. Students at St. Charles are motivated to develop leadership skills and a thorough understanding of their independence and interdependence. Special emphasis is placed on the need to serve others while actively contributing to the school community and society as a whole.
Through this web page, you would be enlightened about the efforts installed by the students, faculty of staff and the management to create a sagacious educational environment where children are happy, where expectations are consistently high, where there is a positive culture and where the children emerge well-prepared, both academically and socially to move confidently for the challenge of their next phase of life. The active participation in curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities has been greatly contributing in the student’s overall personality grooming. Over the years, our school community enjoys a caring, dedicated and committed staff and a supportive parent community. At this juncture, may I express the hope that together, through mutual support and participation, we can ensure that every child that steps into this school enjoys achievement and high self-esteem during the time spent at this temple of learning.
We are angels in disguise on this earth. And it is up to us to tell the world that God still loves the world and cares for His children. While the school certainly meets its commitment, the major part is to be played by all the students with utmost sincerity in shaping the destiny of our nation as we are too great a nation to limit ourselves to smaller dreams.
One minute, another, the hours quickly fly, one day at a time and our lives speed by, every day with deeds to fulfilment. One thing at a time and that done well, will surely bring success, the Great can tell.

If you are planning for 100 years, plant persons (educate people).
We should live and labour in our time that what came to us as seeds may go to the next generation as blossoms and what came to us as blossoms may go to them as fruits. This is well summed in our school motto Toil, faith and progress. Our earnest effort is to provide students with an education that allows them to recognize and realize their ‘dreams’ and skills and to be able to ignite the passion to excel. We are immensely happy to be part of an education as it is a divine service. I wish and pray that our students here have their dreams bigger, ambitions higher, commitments deeper and their efforts always greater.
